Overview

Pertemps Crawley have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office/ Facilities Administrator to join a globally recognised organisation based in Redhill. Reporting to the Office Service Manager, key duties will include - Managing the internal facilities of 4 building across the UK including; lease contracts, third party suppliers, IT issues and Health & Safety policies - Coordinate and run internal audits for all sites to ensure compliance - Working with HR and Line Managers to ensure company flexi-time benefit is honoured and effective - Providing weekly and monthly reports of statistics across all sites to report to Management - Deputise for the Office Service Manager when required The successful candidate must have previous experience in an office services/ internal facilities function as well as a proven ability to work within budgets and timescales. Strong IT skills are essential including all MS Packages (particularly Excel) as well as first class communication skills to coordinator with internal departments & external suppliers. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) offering a starting salary of £28,000pa performance related bonus.
