Overview

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join a well-established Domiciliary service near Hillingdon. This is an extremely interesting role that would also be suitable for a care coordinator looking to step up in to their first management role. This family run service will be soon taking on the challenge of converting from a paper-based system to an IT based system, therefore, candidates who are looking to take on a project would enjoy this role. My clients will invest in their staff as a person and will provide great opportunities for career development through acquisition and management of multiple services in the future. This role would be most suited to someone who is comfortable with being provided autonomy and responsibility but also someone who can appreciate support and training when needed.
