Overview
Are you an experienced PHP Developer looking to work for a Company who are on a path to deliver inspired and useful products for a market that cultivates collaboration and decision making? Our client based in Cambridge are looking for someone that is keen to join a fun and dynamic culture that celebrates team and individual success in an industry they are passionate about. They are looking for someone that has a strong background in developing SaaS products. The role will involve supporting the existing PHP Platform as well as developing a new micro-service to support the product. As the PHP Developer you will be: - Developing code to deliver the required functionality - Providing mentoring and training for junior members of the Development Team - Lead code review processes - Testing all submitted code and keeping a log of test runs and results - Developing internal documentation - Participating in the peer review process to ensure high quality code - Checking all code in and out of the source code control system As the PHP Developer you will have: - Strong experience with PHP - At least 8 years’ experience - Experience of backend frameworks such as Lumen and Drupel - Experience of front-end frameworks such as Angular and Vue - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud hosting technologies - Experience in publishing and consuming APIs.
