My client is now actively recruiting an Office Manager to help them create an even better experience for their employees. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running and operation of the office. To ensure that the environment is a work friendly and productive place by ensuring well-kept structures and ensuring the office is fully equipped. The Office Manager will provide full support to the team and in particular to the leadership team in the form of a Personal Assistant for any areas they deem necessary. Key responsibilities: Supplier Management - ensuring the management of all suppliers is up to date with a focus on ensuring best prices are negotiated and the office is fully equipped and serviced Office Management - Being key personnel in regard to front of house and ensuring a smooth running of all process within the office environment. Ensuring all employees remain engaged and productive by providing an exceptional office environment Administration Support - Working closely with HR and the leadership team to ensure the successful on-boarding and off-boarding of staff. Providing administration duties that allows the business to accommodate travel and social functions smoothly and efficiently and ensuring all paperwork and process are kept up to date. If you possess a proven track record in managing an office environment and creating an exceptional place to work where people feel fulfilled and happy to come to work, then you could be the person for this role. You will ideally have worked as an Office Manager or in a key office support function who possesses an innate desire to ensure the office environment is always at its best.
