Graduate Commercial Surveyor Reading £20,000 to £25,000 benefits Are you seeking to qualify or are recently qualified as a surveyor? The Role As a Commercial Surveyor, your role will be to maximise fee income within the Retail & Leisure Department through letting and selling retail & leisure property in the Thames Valley. You will inspect properties (measuring / taking photographs / liaising with client & advisers / investigating market value / compiling reports) in preparation for public marketing with responsibilities including: dealing with commercial property letting / leasing / sale enquiries arranging and attending sales and marketing viewings providing advice & guidance to clients and prospective tenants conducting telephone marketing to establish interested parties preparing Heads of Terms / liaising with solicitors / clients / tenants etc. maintenance of property databases networking to keep informed of local market / developments keeping abreast of legal / technical developments relating to landlord / tenant issues The Company Our client is an independent property consultancy specialising in all aspects of commercial property predominantly in the Thames Valley, including property transactions, building surveying, property management, Landlord and Tenant and Valuations via integrated teams, all committed to providing the best possible service to clients and tenants alike. The Person As Graduate Commercial Surveyor, you will have relevant experience / qualifications in commercial and property. This is a graduate entry role and support will be given to those seeking RICS qualification through APC.
