Overview
Company Profile: A well-established manufacturers of scientific equipment supplying across Europe, US, China and India. They are now seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their production team and provide support on a range of projects. Contract: 6 month FTC (potential to go permanent), Full Time (37.5 hours) Job Responsibilities: Assign projects to Project Managers based on availability & expertise Create production plans to ensure work is delivered on time & within budget Create project documentation including ERP data entry, check lists etc. Maintain reporting tools Inform key stakeholders of project status, revenue forecasts & shipment schedules Attend project meetings Schedule and prioritise resources & highlight any potential resource constraints Escalate any long lead time requirements Manage the service inbox and service orders Skills/experience required: Project Administration/Project Coordinator experience (2 years) Experience within an industrial environment (ideal) Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP Experience in tracking and forecasting performance (desirable) Project management qualification e.g. Prince2, APMP (desirable) Competency within Microsoft Office (work, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills Excellent organisation and prioritisation Company Benefits: Bonus scheme (up to 10% of annual salary) Pension Scheme (3% employer contribution, rising to 10% after 1 year) Death in service insurance (4x annual salary) 25 days annual leave bank holidays Onsite parking available Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
