Overview
My client based in Hertfordshire are currently seeking a Project Coordinator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The Project Coordinator, Hertfordshire will work with production and report into the Production Manager and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a detailed production plan, implementing stage dates and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. Other responsibilities will be to maintain non-project stock builds in order to expedite delivery times for standard product requirements, attend project meetings required for the duration of the Project Lifecycle and escalate any long lead stock requirements for each project to the Purchasing and Stock Manager to ensure on time delivery of materials for the project. You will also create project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including packing lists, ERP data entry, Project Phase checklists and other electronic means of process control.
