Overview

Corporate Solicitor Salary: Dependant on experience Location: South Manchester Ideally extensive experience of corporate work six to ten years PQE. The ideal candidate will be a highly knowledgeable individual who will be a vital part of the Corporate Commercial team. The role is a varied and challenging position. The ideal applicant will:  Provide advice to clients on a variety of corporate law issues  Draft documents, i.e. cross option agreements, shareholders agreements, etc  Run their own caseload autonomously  Liaise with clients and other professionals  Deliver presentations/seminars on corporate matters  Major advantage would be having a following or the ability to generate business Key Skills:  Excellent client care skills  Professional with a pro-active approach  Highly effective communicator  Concise and clear document drafting  Excellent organisational skills  Team player Please get in touch for more information.
