Overview

Established for over 30 years, this Lloyds of London insurance business are considered leaders in their space. A critical role has been established within this team where you will make a valuable contribution to process enhancements, and develop/maintain a robust controls environment across all financial ledgers and reporting. You will also take a leading role in the preparation of US and UK GAAP for the UK and international entities. Your Responsibilities will include Manage the day to day financial accounting, reporting and controls Preparation of the monthly management accounts under UK and US GAAP Prepare monthly consolidation packs for the group Assist in the preparation of VAT, Corporate Tax and other tax returns Prepare the annual statutory accounts Assist in the development of improved accounting and reporting processes Perform a first level review of the work prepared by team members Your Requirements Newly Qualified Accountant (up to 2 years PQE) with Insurance audit experience Experience and knowledge of US GAAP Experience of Sun and SAP are highly desirable
