Financial Controller Rugby, Northampton £55,000-£65,000 Car Allowance Accountable recruitment have the pleasure of working with a large UK business who are looking for an experienced Financial Controller. This is a varied and commercial role, you will be managing a team and having an impact within the business. Duties to include: Business partnering with directors in the business Managing and developing a team of part and qualified accountants Understanding the KPIs of the business and using this to drive value Forecasting and budgeting Supporting cashflow management Preparing commentary for boards Supporting analysis within the business Skills required: Relevant accountancy qualification - ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA Commercial acumen Thorough understanding of financial and management accounting Experience of leading and mentoring a team Experience gained from a logistics or distribution business This is a role where you can add real value within a large fast paced business. for more information please apply or contact Rebekah at Accountable recruitment To find out more; please click APPLY to register your interest.
