Customer Success Manager - Software Management of Customers in the SaaS Arena London £50,000 - £60,000 Base Commission Bens Our client is an established international SaaS company with a unique proposition in the procurement data analytics arena. They have won awards for the innovation, speed of implementation and value-add that their SaaS solutions bring to their clients. Not surprisingly those clients include global enterprises taking advantage of the competitive edge that our client’s products bring them. As part of a step change in their growth, our client now wishes to hire a Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in their continual development. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for: Managing relationships at all levels with named clients ensuring that they receive a first-class service and any issues are raised with support teams Ensure renewal of contracts Understand the client’s business imperatives and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell Work with internal technical, delivery and project management teams to ensure excellent customer service Support monthly client reviews and provide input to revenue forecasts Develop an understanding of the software’s capabilities The successful candidate will have: A proven track record in managing client relationships ideally in an enterprise software, SaaS or similar complex solutions environment. Experience of upsell and cross-sell within accounts Experience of dealing at C level with customers Good experience of using standard Microsoft Office tools Good commercial acumen and creative thinking style Be happy with some travel In return for your skills and experience you can expect to join a small, focussed team in a growing international organisation where your input will genuinely make a difference.
