Overview
We're seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team in Manchester and to provide administrative support. You will help to: Assist Cashiering Team with Electronic Payments allocations Take Ownership of incoming cheques from the Facilities & distribute them amongst team on a daily basis; Liaise with fee earners for authority to bank cheques Make enquiries into file reference's for unidentified cheques; Cancellation of DWF issued cheques; Maintain Remittance Advices Records Ensure cheque deposits at regional branches daily; Ensure cheques are delivered that are generated by Finance team to the relevant Legal Advisors; Ensure at all times that general administration duties are kept up to date are in line with the operational standards e.g. filing/ archiving etc; Deal with off-site storage of Department’s accounting records To follow all the Firm’s policies and procedures; Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role; Possess good inter-personal skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of meeting targets and deadlines; Have a flexible approach to working hours; Is detail oriented with significant emphasis on quality of work; Apply now This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's largest listed law firm and help us to transform legal services through our people To find out more about us and how we are shaping the legal sector please visit our website at www.dwf.law About DWF DWF became the largest global listed legal business in March 2019.
