My client is seeking a collection assistant to join their business and be responsible for collecting overdue debts. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and understand the importance of customer and client relationships. As a confident communicator you will need to use your skills to help customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties. You will need to be a good listener with an appreciation of the issue's customers can face in their daily lives.
