Job Title Collections and Recoveries Advisor Location Leicester Salary £10 P/H DOE The Role Our client based in Leicester are currently looking for a Collections and Recoveries Advisor, due to the continued growth of the department. The role will involve assisting the collections department with improving the debtor list, maximising cash flow and minimising bad debt. Contacting customers to settle outstanding invoices. Processing payments Handling objections Dealing with customer queries Referring customer to enforcement teams Updating the in-house database Providing an exceptional level of professional customer service. The Candidate For this role, we would ideally require someone with previous experience within a collections or credit control environment, as well as: Excellent attention to detail Ability to overcome objections, and be persuasive Excellent communication skills Able to respect confidentiality Self-motivated Team Player Computer literate The ability to work in a pressurised environment. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM
