Overview
Would you like to help grow and develop an IT department in the stability of a £100 million turnover, market leading professional service sector organisation? A top 100 recruitment company, who previously outsourced their IT requirements, have recently implemented a brand new Cloud and CRM system and are looking to in-house all tech requirements through the creation of their own technology division. As part of this divisional creation, the company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can help them use their new systems to implement processes that will help provide the best possible service for their clients. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Service Delivery Manager to create efficient processes without having to deal with any legacy issues, allowing the company to provide their clients a high quality service. The key responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager include: - Assess all the organisations delivery processes, streamlining them and improving their efficiency where possible to increase their cost-effectiveness - Overseeing the technology divisions support function, Providing company-wide IT support and ensuring it’s running smoothly - Managing the companies SLA’s and making sure the service being provided is up to the agreed standards - Maintaining strong internal and external relationships, liaising with divisional leaders inside the organisation to create secure pathways of communication and regularly touching base with clients to create solid partnerships between the two companies - Managing a team of 2 support analysts on a multi-site basis The ideal Service Delivery Manager will: - Have a detailed understanding of ITIL disciplines and principles - Be able to show a history of improving the efficiency of processes - have the ability to use a variety of business support softwares - previously have managed a team and have experience of building strong client relationships The company are looking to move quickly so if this role appeals to you then apply now
