Care Manager, Residential Home, Between Bristol and Bath, £32,000 to £35,000 We are looking for a Registered Manager to join a fantastic Residential Home between Bristol and Bath. The home has 20 beds and provides care to older people, specialising in dementia care. This is a well-established family operated home, which benefits from having a very enthusiastic, ambitious and solid staff team who have all contributed to bringing the home up to standard. They would further thrive working for a manager who is passionate about training and developing the team. The home has a great culture, where the owners are extremely welcoming of any staff ideas and love to get them involved in decision making. THE PERSON The successful candidate will have previous experience of being a Registered manager, with an encouraging leadership style, and will have a proven track record of quality care through previous inspections. They should be driven to continue to improve the CQC rating of the home.
