Overview
From office conversions to the redevelopment of commercial sites and the delivery of bespoke new homes, our client who are a main contractor, work across a broad spectrum of schemes. They are looking for a Secretary or Administrator with site experience to join the Head Office team in Slough. The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the administration of the business, assist with document control, site administration and perform PA duties for the MD. You’ll need to be adaptable to a 'jack of all trades’ type role rather than a 'master of one’ which is often required when working in a smaller team. Suitable candidates will be self-motived with a pro-active approach to their work and be good at using their initiative. You’ll be comfortable working in busy role with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. As many of your tasks will involve Health & Safety and/or compliance led documentation you’ll have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be a confident communicator when dealing with both colleagues and customers and happy to cover reception as required. A solid understanding of site administration is essential for this position.
