I have an excellent opportunity to make a break into this exciting, challenging and rewarding industry In this key role, you will work as part of a team to build further on our competitive market share within the area, also building a pool of candidates and supporting existing contracts. With a proactive approach, you will generate leads to maximise the business opportunities for your division. With an emphasis on customer care, you will build relationships with clients to negotiate contracts to supply temporary staff sector. The ability to work at a fast pace with second to none problem-solving skills is essential, as you will be needed to react quickly to provide staffing solutions. As you will be out and about on a weekly basis, building relationships with your Clients, a driving licence is essential. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Of course, an attractive basic salary is available (circa £18-£25k) together with commission, private healthcare and Perkbox.
