Overview
Over the course of two years, you’ll find out how our quality standards are achieved and how we maintain them. That means being in the thick of it at our factories, observing and influencing quality assurance at every stage. You’ll not only learn how we get our products to taste so good, your fresh ideas will also help us keep them that way. Working alongside some of our best people in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, innovation and renovation and quality, you’ll create valuable relationships at all levels. Taking part in various projects, you’ll have a hands-on approach to problem solving and will love using your initiative to manage a range of real-life issues in the factory.
