Clinical Services Manager
Overview
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for the operational management of Nursing and Therapy staff team and is directly accountable to the Hospital Director. We will expect the Clinical Services Manager to lead the clinical teams to deliver our purpose to make a real and lasting difference for everyone we support. You will lead by building a culture that supports our values and puts the people we care for at the centre of what we do. Supported by the multi-disciplinary team at site and the wider group teams, you will be accountable for ensuring clinical and therapeutic interventions meets the needs of our patients and the service. The post involved participating in the Senior Management on call rota.
