Are you: Money motivated Client facing A Self Starter A Team Player As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £18k-£25k and with a generous commission structure of up to 40% - you could be taking home £40k-£60k in your first year at least and £60k-£100k in your second year.
