Overview
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Receptionist in Hoddesdon for a luxury beauty/hair for a permanent full-time contract starting immediately. This is a fast-paced and busy role. Experience working in a similar environment is a must. Administrative Duties: Scheduling customers through in-house system via emails/telephone call and beauty apps such TREATWELL. Greeting and welcoming visitors. Carrying out requests from management as needed. Providing clients with advice on products (training provided). Reporting on salon maintenance areas. Anticipate clients’ needs. Taking deposits and following up appointment confirmation. Candidate Competencies: Previous Reception/Admin experience in a High-End establishment is essential. Excellent communication and strong organisational skills are essential. A high standard of personal presentation. Ability to multitask and meet the challenges of a busy fast paced salon environment.
