Overview
Would you like the chance to work for a main dealer? Are interested in cars and are you able to build excellent customer relationships? We are assisting to find a Service Advisor to join a busy workshop based in Ashford, Kent . Supported by three other Service Advisors you will be part of a helpful, friendly and enthusiastic team, making sure you get the customers vehicles back on the road as soon as possible. The majority of your duties will be taking bookings, answering calls and administration. The Package They will be looking to offer a basic salary between £25,000 - £26,000 with an OTE of £30,000 (uncapped) . This will be working Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday's are 1 in 4, 8am - 1pm. Leading from this role there will be ample opportunity for you to progress within this group. You will also be given regular training internally and externally. The Suitable Candidate You will need to be organised and have the ability to multi-task. Being able to build a good relationship with customers is crucial to ensure a good reputation is kept. It's what keeps them coming back. A Full Driving licence is essential for this role.
