Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our fast growing client for an Inbound Customer Service Agent based in Ashford, Kent. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within Customer Service and being first line of contact to many customers. Working in a small team you must be organised, hard-working and happy to work off your own initiative. A family owned business that can support growth and provides a rewarding workplace. Key responsibilities; Being first point of contact for customers/ being the face of the business Answering queries at first port of call Making sales orders Escalating issues to senior managers within the business Taking complaints and managing customer expectations throughout the sales process Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries item repairs Maintain and manage CRM system with all accurate customer data Update and manage orders, sales & individual workload Taking payments Other ad-hoc duties Must haves; Previous customer service experience (1 years) Administration experience (1 years) Proficient with Microsoft office system (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively In return you will receive salary £18,500 – £20,500, 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays, company pension & life insurance.
