Overview
Do you have an excellent telephone manner? Are you great at customer service? My client in LS10, a fantastic health care organisation and looking to recruit 2 new members of staff to their team, as Customer Service Coordinators. Initially the role is temporary but the view is to go long term. The role is Monday to Friday working 40 hours a week on a shift pattern, starting between 8.30 and 9.30, finishing between 5 and 6pm paying £20,000 - £24,000 annually. Duties include: Liaising with members of the public to book them on specific health courses Dealing with referrals Data entry Proving excellent customer service Dealing with enquiries Esculating issues Working on systems and spreadsheets Updating information Engaging with participants Dealing with complaints You must have the following experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent telephone manor Polite and friendly Hardworking and reliable Contact centre experience Please contact Ruth Walkley at Reed Recruitment for more details, or please apply direct.
