Overview
Interim Regeneration Consultant 6 months Location: London Outside IR35 Role details: A brand-new opportunity here at Panoramic Associates as we are currently working with a Local Authority based in London by supporting the recruitment of an interim Regeneration Consultant. As part of your role, you will be supporting the council’s housing regeneration schemes at the feasibility stage to help progress them and ensure the council’s continuous growth for the residents living within the area. Other areas of the role: Communicating effectively with developers and external stakeholders Securing planning consents and carry out financial scheme appraisals to bring the scheme forward from inception Mitigating risks, issues and dependencies outlined by the council Working effectively with the planning policy team to implement correct procedures and systems in place To be considered for the role, you must have had significant experience of overseeing large housing development programmes from either a public or private sector setting. The role will be for an initial 6 months with a view to extension, there will be a view to working from home dependent on business needs.
