Purchase Ledger Clerk - Immediate start Location: Hindley area Salary: Circa £21k dependent on experience Temporary to permanent opportunity Our client is a well-established manufacturing business based in Westhoughton. Having placed a number of people in the business over the last 5-6 years we know they are a great company to work for with low staff turnover. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team initially temporary but with the opportunity to become permanent. Role: Inputting and processing a high volume of invoices daily - accurately and timely Matching and coding invoices, preparing payment runs Dealing with suppliers by phone - managing queries/issues and escalating when required Key point of contact for payment queries Ensuring all payments are raised inline with business requirements Ensuring supplier data is accurate and updated on systems Ensuring creditors ledger is kept clean and resolving any issues It is essential you have experience of high volume invoices within Purchase Ledger If you are interested in this role please send your CV for immediate consideration.
