C#/ ASP.NET Developer - Tech house in Nottingham City, £45k I'm working with a cracking technology business in the heart of Nottingham City Centre who are quickly becoming (if, not already) one of the Midlands biggest, technology success stories. There's a very healthy mix of Full Stack, Back-End and Full-Stack Developers, a team of Test Analysts, plus a load of other ancillary people like PM's, Data Architects, Product Owners, IT Support, etc. They have most certainly developed out of 'start up' mode now and have some real backing alongside having actually built and 'shipped' high profile products and alsovexpanded their client base. They have cross-functional teams with very little hierarchy and you will find yourself working in a highly motivated, technically forward team with a bunch of like-minded and extremely capable and likeable colleagues. They really are close-knit and know how to have laugh whilst getting the job done. Everyone shares a real passion for developing industry leading software - and that's simply why they are so successful. Who are we looking for? Technically you'll have a good handle on .NET C# Software Development and SQL Sever, AWS etc and utilise certain techniques like dependency injection and unit testing. The environment here is Agile, fast-moving and Scrum is absolutely key to how they work. This will simply need to be an environment in which you'll thrive or it may simply not be the role for you To put it bluntly - we want Developers who are confident and quite simply own what they do.
