Overview
An award winning client based in Nottingham currently has an exciting C# developer opportunity to join their Software Development Team. Th e Role My client are looking for a strong C# developer with strong knowledge of Winforms & WPF. It would be useful to have experience of full product development & ownership from the database design through the back-end & front-end. Experience of app development using Xamarin & xcode would be an advantage. The main duties of the role will be writing and coding individual applications from specific requirements & maintaining the current suite of software working in an Agile environment alongside the Testing Team. Dimensions of Role Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents. Perform coding to written technical specifications. Investigate, analyse and document reported defects. Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects. Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates. Skill Required for the Role Demonstrable Software Development experience . Knowledge of database architecture and design. Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents. Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines. Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure. A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work. Ability to work well within a team. The Ideal Candidate should have Experience of working both independently and in a team orientated environment is essential. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a customer focused environment.
