What you will do as a Senior Critical Care Nurse: Care for your patients Support all level 2 and level 3 patients within their 4 bedded critical care unit, working closely with other departments to ensure the patient has a seamless journey. Support the Critical Care Manager with the day to day management of the unit, mentoring junior members of the team and identifying new and improved ways of working. You must have an active NMC registration and a proven track record of working with level 2 and level 3 patients.
