Client Details The offices near Sevenoaks of this growing and reputable accountancy practice acts for a very interesting portfolio of clients across differing industries and turnovers. The firm acts for sole traders, partnerships, OMB & SME limited companies, along with large corporate clients. The firm provides services across the range with a focus on quality relationships, service and an added value ethos. The partners are looking for the right professional who is looking to develop their career post qualification, with increasing portfolio management responsibility on offer and chance to carve a key role in this growing business. Description Joining the office near Sevenoaks as a Senior Accountant/ Accounts Manager you will take on responsibility for the delivery and management of wide ranging services to a mixed client base of OMBs, SMEs and corporate clients, along with smaller clients. There is opportunity to mould this to a good degree around the motivations and preferences of the right candidate, focused entirely working on clients under the audit threshold in turnover, with clients into the millions overseeing the delivery of accounts, corporation tax and other wider ranging services. Whilst you will have a hands on role, there will be scope to progress. You will be responsible for developing client relationships with involvement in wider planning and advisory project work, working alongside partners on delivery. You will also look to mentor and assist in the development of junior staff, reviewing work and acting as a key support taking a lead in the development and progression of the team. There will be a clear development, appraisal and progression path on offer as you develop within this firm. Profile You will be ACA / ACCA qualified, either recently/newly qualified or with up to 1 - 2 years or more post qualified experience. You will have a career background within the accountancy practice sector around Senior / Accounts Manager levels, with a demonstrable career background preparing and overseeing the delivery of any of - accounts, tax and varied all round, general accountancy practice services to a mixed client base of corporate, OMB / SME limited companies, partnerships and sole traders across a wide range of industry sectors. You will be looking to carve a career where you will have genuine opportunity to progress in your career with increasing responsibility and client portfolio management potential. Knowledge of cloud accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks ect. would be advantageous. Job Offer £35,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience and background, plus benefits, negotiable.
