Overview

An international market leading brand name business based in Feltham have an excellent opportunity for a finance graduate, ideally with work experience from a placement year, to start their career as an FP&A Analyst. The business is enjoying a huge growth phase and operates in a dynamic and exciting sector of the market. Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end postings into SAP, including accruals, prepayments, intercompany journals and recharges, ensuring cost centre and GL accuracy and group timelines are adhered to Key point of contact for the wider finance team to ensure full reconciliation across systems and sites at month end Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure distribution and depreciation forecasts are accurate and key variances explained Run monthly P&L and maintain phased P&L files (monthly and for key forecasting periods), ensuring key variances are identified Managing month end process from a systems perspective, ensuring accurate and timely postings into SAP including: Accruals Prepayments FX journals/reversal Intercompany loss journal/reversal TPV journal Carry out GL and cost centre checks, maintaining accuracy Ensure timely and accurate uploads into BPC Finalise month end P&L and maintain phased P&L file ensuring accurate feed in from key stakeholders Support with internal and external audit requests Control performer for FP&A SOX controls Person requirements: Currently studying towards professional accounting qualification University Degree SAP experience (desirable) Strong excel skills Accuracy and attention to detail Work well under tight deadlines Demonstrates energy and a sense of urgency with clear focus on priorities Strong team working skills, collaborative and flexible in style Builds trust and relationships to support effective working across cross functional teams and different types of stakeholder
