Technical Integration Specialist

Technical Integration Specialist - working with both Partner Success and Technical Development teams by offering on demand technical support for our Partners and Merchants. The purpose of this role is to technically onboard and integrate my clients Partners and Merchants as accurately and efficiently as possible. Must be prepared to have deep product and industry knowledge Induction and ongoing training will be provided However, we would expect this candidate to undertake their own reading and research throughout Confidently and accurately liaise with Partners/Merchants about their technical integration Via email, phone, webex, meetings Integration method and documentation competitor analysis Comparing how the client operates and presents against competitors and ensuring that we are leading edge Develop and improve Sample Code and SDKs to make integration as easy as possible PHP, .Net, C#, Java, iOS, Android etc Develop and improve ecommerce modules to ensure they are easy to install and include all features Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart etc Assist with technical writing and online documentation to ensure third party developers can easily integrate with my client Working with our Technical Author, this would be assisting with ensuring that all documents are easy to use and published online Update and develop our corporate website and online documentation If this sounds of interest and you would like to find out more please submit your CV.
