I am therefore on the lookout for a cracking Data Engineer to join them within their Data Engineering effort; ultimately ensuring that the right data is delivered to the right people at the right time. I am looking for a SQL Server guru who has a good handle on most aspects of modern BI (particularly SSIS) with the ability to write well-engineered solutions that will develop the data platform, whilst improving future data technology. You will be confident working with different teams throughout the business and comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders You'll be comfortable with Azure Data Bricks/Factory and data warehousing. You will be passionate about new data trends and upcoming innovations in cloud, storage and data engineering. I want to see an Engineer who isn't phased by new challenges, but instead thrives from devising smart solutions to novel problems. I want somebody who isn't thinking traditionally and is obsessed with the latest going ons in the Data industry As a business, my client have cross-functional teams with very little hierarchy and you will find yourself working in a highly motivated, technically forward team, with a bunch of like-minded and extremely capable and likeable colleagues.
