HEAD CHEF OPPORTUNITY, HIGH QUALITY, DINING PUB - I'm currently on the lookout for a creative Head Chef to take over kitchen operations for a food led pub in south West Surrey. Part of a reputable and growing group, this particular pub where the head chef gets full creativity on the menus, and the opportunity to cook a great offering for the local clientele. The ideal candidate for this role would have a background working in high end cuisine, relevant experience and a Senior sous Chef or a head chef would be needed and this could be a an opportunity to step up. You will need to be confident with creating and costing dishes and have a real passion and flair with food.
