Overview

Internal Audit Manager - Establish a function - Nottinghamshire FULL eligibility to work in the UK is essential. No visa sponsorships. Your new company This newly created Internal Audit Manager role is with the UK division of a large multi-billion turnover global facilities business with a head office in north Nottinghamshire. Your new role Reporting into the Divisional Finance Director, you will take full ownership for the establishment of internal audit activity. This will involve creating an annual audit plan and delivering a range of financial and governance reviews across 62 subsidiary businesses. You will also manage a team of 4 compliance auditors and be responsible for their development to ensure all reviews add value. You will be required to travel 50-60% domestically which will mostly be in the central England regions. You will have full autonomy over your own diary and will be able to work from home on occasion. What you'll need to succeed You must have recent & relevant internal audit experience. A strong knowledge of financial processes & procedures is essential. Holding a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/IIA) is highly advantageous. You must also have strong Excel skills and be able to manipulate large amounts of data.
