Overview
Adecco Poole and Bournemouth are delighted to be assisting one of our local clients in their search for Alliance Project Officer. This is a 6 month contract role. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing all specialist guidance and procedures that adhere to project governance, methodologies and standards, whilst providing additional high quality project support. Responsibilities Create, monitor and update project documents, plans and logs to support delivery within time Demonstrate personal initiative and responsibility to undertake research and analysis of data Prepare well evidenced reports and utilise project milestones to act as a trigger for project manager Arrange, prepare documentation and attend project meeting to record actions and decisions Support project delivery by producing process maps Assist in undertaking post implementation reviews on delivered projects The Ideal Candidate Prince 2 Foundation or experience of planning and delivering key pieces of work Demonstrable experience of a high level of analytical and statistical skills Proven ability to work unsupervised Fully competent and experienced with MS Office Ability to negotiate and influence with stakeholders Rate £10.69 p/h What Next If you are the candidate we are looking for or are interested to discuss this role or other live vacancies, please do not hesitate to call Tom on or email Adecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
