With lots of career growth opportunities. Shift - Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm Duties Provide quality customer service on every enquiry. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Manage call handling times. Recognise and manage assertive customer calls. Promote teamwork and customer service success. Organise and prioritise workload. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Demonstrate good working knowledge of all aspects of departmental operations. Demonstrate effective oral and written communications with customers, other OCS offices and any third parties. Follow departmental standard operating procedures. Key Skills and Attributes Excellent customer service skills. Professional telephone manner. Call handling skills - Inbound and Outbound Excellent verbal and writing skills and ability to articulate complex or sensitive matters in a concise and clear manor. Calmness under pressure, Keyboard skills Knowledge of Microsoft windows Teamwork Self-organised. World geographical awareness. Ability to calculate using basic math functions Flexibility to working hours. Salary & Benefits £20,000K - £23,000K per year depending on experience.
