Overview
A new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator has arisen for our International Worldwide Client who are specialists within the world of distribution across all logistics disciplines. The role is varied as no two customer orders are the same. Responsibilities and Duties - Answering queries from clients - Arranging collections - Quoting clients tariffs - Tracking and tracing deliveries - Transferring calls to relevant departments Qualifications and Skills - Good telephone manner - Good verbal and written communications skills - Previous office customer services experience - Previous Courier experience - Previous office administration experience - Able to work under pressure - Self motivated and able to work as part of a team The position covers a Monday to Friday Rota with two shifts away from the normal 9.00am to 5.30 pm; one at 09:30 - 6:00 and one at 10:00 - 6:30.
