Overview
Our client based in Birmingham are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to provide support within a busy HR Department. You will be responsible for building relationships with managers to provide them with support and advice on all aspects of people management. Based in Redditch you will also have to travel to their other 3 sites in London where overnight stays may be involved. Your duties will include: Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance to a client group largely based in the south east Provide and analyse people data trends and metrics Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Lead on business projects such as TUPE exercise, staff handbook reviews, implementation of staff benefits. Key skills required: Needs own transport all expenses covered Previous experience of working within a HR Advisors role is essential Competent with Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent communication skills - both oral and written Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively Hours of work : 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary : £ 35,000 - £ 40,000 Job Ref: HP311 Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
