HR Business Partner – Redditch £35,000 – £40,000 Redditch – Occasional travel required to the South East Permanent - Full Time Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner, based in Redditch , to provide high quality HR support, guidance and advice to senior management. Duties of the HR Business Partner will include: • Work as part of the central HR team to support the review, creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Working as the initial point of contact for all HR related queries from the Group • Working with the team to implement the HR strategy and contribute toward to completion of the strategic HR objectives • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation guidelines in the recruitment, training and management of all staff • Providing advice on the implementation of recruitment, pay & reward and change management practices • ER: responsible for formal disciplinary, grievance and capability matters • Reviewing and monitoring sickness absence • Manage training needs for all staff including induction & arranging appropriate training courses • Providing coaching and training to managers on HR processes and procedures • Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance to a client group based largely in the South East • Provide and analyse people data trends and metrics • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention • Lead on business projects such as TUPE exercises, staff handbook reviews, implementation of staff benefits Skills required of the HR Business Partner include: Strong generalist HR background, with a good knowledge of employment law Experience of developing and maintaining HR and payroll information systems Ability to work independently and autonomously Excellent Microsoft skills A positive attitude to innovative thinking and change Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence Ideally experience in the public sector would be a huge advantage If you feel that your skills and experience meet the required specification and this is the position you have been looking for then do not hesitate in clicking 'APPLY NOW' or email your CV to .
