Overview
This is a great opportunity for a Manual Machinist to join a well-established business in Enfield, Middlesex. My client is a leading specialist in the manufacturing sector and are looking to expand their busy engineering team. This position would suit a candidate with a varied background across a workshop/machinery environment as no two days are the same. Typical day to day duties will include; Typically working with small centre lathes, mills and additional machinery. brazing, light maintenance work, general workshop machining and other reasonable tasks and duties as and when required. Light assembly work. Working to high accurate standards and to tight tolerances. Manufacturing small batch components from drawings and specifications. The suitable candidate; Industry served or at least 3 years machine shop experience. Able to read, and have experience and understanding of technical drawings. Flexible attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Good verbal and communications skills.
