Project Manager Fresh Design International are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic office based in the Hull Design studio. One of our clients is a leading Automotive retailer who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known retailer during this period of growth. Providing construction Due Diligence for the acquisition of both new developments’ and refurbishments of existing buildings. Key areas of the role will include: Delivering multiple and varied projects to meet the requirements of a fast paced and evolving retail client. Create, deliver and agree a critical path of activity for each stage of the project complete with appropriate milestone and stage recognition. Deliver and manage multiple projects that meet the businesses strategic goals. Ensuring site sign-off is obtained with the construction team within agreed timescales Ensuring checklist of brand specific items are ordered and delivered in time for store handover Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, proving strong influencing skills Applicants should have the following skills and attributes: Management of an Architectural, Design and Due Diligence team.
