Finance Manager (2 years contract)
Overview
I am currently recruiting for two Finance Manager role to join a fast-growing business based in Swindon for a minimum of 2 years to assist on several projects. The main purpose of this role is to maintain IFRS 16, right of use, contract system ensuring that all necessary contracts have been included and the postings made are materially correct. There is also responsibility to ensure the results are accurately reported within required timescales for both local and Group reporting basis, management of the ledgers, and any required VAT support. Key Responsibilities: Management reporting for offshore entities Statutory reporting Compliance with Accounting Standards and Companies Act Ledger management External auditor interface Submitting group reporting quarterly Maintenance of the contract capturing system for IFRS 16 purposes. Deliverables: Monthly IFRS 16 journals for the Group Full IFRS 16 lease review FRS101 statutory accounts preparation Monthly management accounts of Offshore entities Timely submission of Group reporting Other integration activities to support the Senior Finance Manager The Successful candidate much have: Proficient Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles with previous experience of the preparation and review of accounts Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS In-depth knowledge of IFRS 16 is essential Qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACA, ACCA You must be able to hit the ground running.
