Practice Manager
Overview
Our client is a fast growing accountancy firm based in Cheshire area looking to recruit a Practice manager to join the expanding team. The Practice Manager you will be responsible for ensuring top quality accountancy services are delivered to clients including: Review of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations; Review and completion of Self-Assessment tax returns; Overall control of accounts function including allocating work to teams and ensuring deadlines are met; Ensuring practice KPI’s are set and monitored; Maintain Risk Register for legislation and compliance deadlines; Act as Money Laundering Officer; Production of In-House Accounts for group companies. The Practice Manger will also share responsibility for the recruitment, training and development of staff. The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with Proven experience in Practice Accountancy. Experience of managing and supporting teams and a proven track record in improving efficiency. A practice certificate preferred but not essential.
