Finance Systems Manager
Overview
Badenoch Clark are currently working with an award winning company based in East Sussex to recruit a Finance Systems Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Reporting into the Head of Finance Systems you will become one of the Cognos TM1 (planning Analytics) experts. You will manage a team of 3 Analysts and also take on finance related projects, implementing solutions in compliance with corporate and department standards. Key responsibilities include: Translate existing processes and users' requests into well-structured and clearly documented specifications, through active involvement and investigation. Evaluate feasibility of solutions, review options and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate. Gather and document business processes and information requirements to model into system requirements Define project objectives, constraints, identify risks and conduct impact analysis Be responsible for production of functional specifications Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction Key skills / experience required: Working knowledge of Cognos TM1 (essential) Programming experience Experience of contributing to the delivery of projects Proven experience of analysing and documenting business processes. This role is being recruited on a 12 month fixed term contract basis and so candidates need to be available within one month.
