£40,000 - £60,000 Technology Birmingham The Company We are working in partnership with a high growth technology business who are looking for a Non-Executive Director to join their Board and help in driving forward and achieving the firm's strategy. The Role Working closely with the founder and the Board the role will be to challenge and help develop strategy, participating actively in the decision-making process and scrutinising the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives. As a Finance professional you will also take the lead on ensuring the reliability of financial information and that effective risk management schemes are in place. The Person We are looking for individuals who bring relevant experience, skills and passion to drive forward our client's ambitious strategic agenda; in particular those that have a track record of operating at Board level (either as an executive or a non-executive director) within a public listed company. With a successful track record of working in high growth businesses you will be a qualified accountant and have operated as a CFO/Finance Director. The NED is expected to be available for Board Meetings and ad-hoc advice to the Board on an as-needs basis with a total time commitment estimated as c2 days per month.
