Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD)- Intermediate Care Centre Location: Outskirts of Leeds Salary: £31,000- £41,000 per annum, (£18.00 p/hour) excellent benefits Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available Shifts: Days and nights available Further Details: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work within a specialised Intermediate Care Centre based on the outskirts of Leeds. The service is ideally situated on the outskirts of Leeds and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly care centre provides a welcoming and homely feel for the residents and their families. The home boasts excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, freshly home cooked food and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely services based on the outskirts of Leeds. This purpose-built care centre provides care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. The service caters for residents who are not quite ready to return home or residents who are in the process of waiting for a more permanent care home. The staff at the home provide person centred care to help complete the recovery of the residents in a supportive environment and prepare them for returning to independent living if appropriate. The Home Manager is looking for a caring and motivated Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team on a permanent basis. The service boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous experience within this field is essential for this position.
