Investigator - Financial Services complaints Handling/ Management Regarding Mortgages and Mortgage related products £28,300 Passion for customer service? - Passion for Investigation? - Passion for getting the right outcome for customers? The client I am working for was set up by Parliament to resolve complaints between financial businesses and their customers. They can help with most financial services – including banking, insurance, PPI, loans, mortgages, pensions and investments. If something’s gone wrong, they have the power to put it right. The Investigation team is looking for new talent to join the business in this period of rapid growth. Seeking an experienced complaints handlers to listen carefully to both sides, asking the right questions and using your sound judgement to assist in the resolution in our customer complaints. They offer the flexibility to work either full time or part time basis – and offer outstanding training – the initial period is 6 months. To be successful in this role; · Have experience of resolving complaints and disputes and being the decision maker · Must have an ability to use judgement and focus on quality, customer service and doing the right thing · Ability to mediate and build rapport through conversations on the telephone, whilst using discretion and working without high levels of instruction is essential · Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Be a good listener; ensuring that people feel that they have been heard fairly even if a decision hasn't gone their way · Be able to deal with difficult customers and remain composed under pressure · Have an aptitude for problem solving and an excellent attention to detail · Experienced managing conflicting deadlines and excellent time management skills What is in it for you?
