Overview

Exciting new role for an experienced Financial Services trainer This is a new role for my Client who focus on Investments, with over £2 billion assets under management. As they grow, so does the need for ongoing training and accreditation for their new and existing staff. This role sits within operations and focuses on upskilling, ongoing accreditation, new starter training and process governance. Key tasks: Identify training and development needs within Operations Produce training materials for in house courses Manage the delivery and quality of training Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with team managers Deliver and maintain a departmental skills matrix Management of staff capability framework Support effective induction programmes and assist line managers with specific training needs Skills and experience required: A strong background in Financial Services training and development is essential Experience in training needs analysis Desire to explore ways to continually improve the service offering to customers Ability to pick up technical knowledge and deliver skills and process based training Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience of adapting your style and approach to suit the audience and message delivery You can expect a market leading benefits package including very generous non contributory pension, 25 days holiday, annual bonus, private medical plus much more
